Job Development & Retention
We assist client to seek and obtain a meaningful career in its long-term goal. Client will receive coaching on job developing, including but not limited to, conducting mock interview, navigate job search/research through career website platforms, contacting employers, understanding accommodation needs, and obtain employment for at least 90 days.
Rehabilitation Instructional Services
We provide rehabilitation to develop and stabilize clients' independent living skills. We focus on orientation & adjustment to disability, orientation & mobility , and manual adaptive communication training.
Career Exploration
We work with clients to focus on specific career goals to deepening our research, analyzing requirements and qualifications, studying labor statistic, wages, and future growth opportunities.
Supported Education
We assist and instruct clients to exploring training programs, degrees, or vocational training to find a comparable benefits. Clients will gather financial information and utilize the funding available to them, such as FAFSA, Scholarships, or grants.
