About Us

At DHHConnectAZ, we provide high-quality career counseling and guidance to support clients in achieving their vocational goals under the RSA employment program. We advocates for individuals to recognize and develop their abilities, overcome barriers to employment, and achieve meaningful long-term career success. 

DHHConnectAZ, LLC was established by Jovanie Luque in early 2024. He earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship and Small Business at the Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff, AZ. He has served vocational rehabilitation services in Arizona for more than twelve years, specializing with deaf and hard of hearing clients, as well as experiencing hearing loss personally. Jovanie understands the challenges in both the hearing and deaf worlds and supports clients in uniting them into one bridge. He focuses on advocating for clients to develop their knowledge of disability rights, strengthen networks with employers, obtain equitable employment, and maintain standard work ethics to stabilize both their quality of life and work. 

 

 We are a small business private contractor with the Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) in the state of Arizona, primarily in human behavioral health services. We are authorized to provide services upon approval by Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors and the Rehabilitation Services Administration.
